Your personalized marching drill generally requires six to eight weeks from the time I receive your:

• Complete numbered score
• Director-Group Information Survey
• Photo/Video of your group
• Signed contract with payment

I will provide any or all of the following to make teaching more efficient:

• Original Pyware 3D File of your show. I always use the most up to date version available, however I will make it backwards compatible to the limits of the software.
• Animation video
• Copies of the drill in pdf format from the director’s perspective
• Student coordinate sheets in pdf
• In addition, we can ship at your request a complete set of drill charts and student coordinate sheets at a small additional charge.

The earlier your group is contracted, the better the final price. While my standard rates are very competitive, early booking can save your band hundreds of dollars. You can compute pricing by going to the pricing page.

I understand how difficult it can be to know your exact instrumentation prior to summer rehearsals. There are many techniques we can use such as “Drill As You Go” to help you out with this. Using Drill As You Go allows you, to make adjustments as rehearsals begin without greatly changing what has already been written. Feel free to ask me about it!

It is VERY important that you call me immediately if you have a change in numbers once contracted. We can start from the current page being charted with the corrected numbers to avoid unnecessary changes for you in rehearsal. Rewrites due to changes of instrumentation are possible after the fact based on my volume of work at the time. The amount of change and where I am in production of your drill will also determine if there will be a fee.

After the show has been taught, I will be available to attend a rehearsal to help you maximize your program. Contact me to find out how we can make this happen at little to no additional cost for your band. All Ohio bands have this automatically built in to their package.
